Preparing the Cocktail Base: Pour every spirits and syrup in a sizeable container, allow it to infuse for an hour, then pass it through preferably using muslin, to ensure it's completely strained.

When ready to serve: Add 85ml of the premix into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, gently stirring carefully for a minute to chill. Strain to a cold coupe glass or equivalent, top with the cranberries adding the final touch using a brief mist with the mandarin essence above the glass.
